In fact, Bill Suvidha service works with any bank account provided your bank branch has an ECS facility or if you have cheques issued by the bank for your a/c. Bill Suvidha also gives you the flexibility to make a cheque in the name of the biller and we will get payment processed for you. |

| Bill Suvidha urges you to pay your bills on time. Our ability to accept payments beyond the due date depends upon whether your biller allows this or not. Most billers do not allow payment beyond due date. |
| The biller specific terms are clearly indicated on the biller page when you are providing your bill details. Please adhere to them strictly. Where billers do not entertain late payments, any payment made by you after due date is liable to be rejected by the biller with attendant penalties. |

After you sign up for the Bill Suvidha service, continue paying your physical bill as usual until you receive your electronic bill through Bill Suvidha email if you have enrolled for ECS system, However if you have not enrolled for ECS system then you may give the bill with cheque/DD (in the name of biller) to Bill Suvidha Executive for the payment to be processed. If you have already paid your physical bill and your first online bill is a duplicate, you should file that electronic bill and pay your next electronic bill using Bill Suvidha website. |

| If you disagree with the information on a bill, you will need to contact the biller directly. As we will be making the payment as indicated on the bill in case of any dispute with the biller your may contact the biller as we are service provider and cannot dispute on your behalf. |

| In the unlikely event that any of your biller ends participation in the Bill Suvidha service you receive an email message informing you about such change. You will then need to make payments to the biller through the traditional / alternative payments channels offered by the biller. However you always have an option of making payment thru our bill pick-up service. |

| When you add a new biller, Bill Suvidha forwards such details to your biller for verification and activation of the electronic bills facility. Biller policies vary, but most will process your registration within a period ranging between 4 days to three weeks(3). After such verification and activation you will be able to receive messages from the Bill Suvidha. Billers will continue to send you your physical copy of the bill as usual as per your request. |

| Ideally you should make your payment at least 3-4 working days before the bill due date for the payment to reach your biller in time. Bill Suvidha would urge you not to wait till such last date, but make the payment well in time to avoid any biller-service disruption or delayed payment charges. However you can make emergency payment at an extra cost as specified on the plan. For the same you need to inform us before 12 noon on the due date. |

| You can track your payments if you need to provide proof of a payment. Your bank or credit card statement will show the charge to your account. In addition you would have supplied an instant online receipt at the time of making the payment. You can store or print this receipt for your reference. You can use the unique transaction ID printed on the receipt to track your payment and resolve any queries or disputes. In case of payment by bill pick-up service we will send you an receipt of payment done on behalf of the biller once payment, for the recipt by your biller you make collect it from our office. |

Hence we can stop the payment for that particular biller for you payment, however in case of any dispute with the biller, you may contact the biller as we are service provider and cannot dispute on your behalf. |
